4 Mar – Broken!

The back pain I felt after the half marathon on Saturday hasn't gone away. It sucks, but I know I'll be back (ouch - pun!) soon enough. I'm hoping that I'll be able to continue to stretch out and recover to the point that tempo Thursday is on schedule. Who knows.
